MGG processes your personal data in a safe and careful manner so that, in principle, your data cannot fall into the hands of unauthorised persons. We value your trust in our company and meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the treatment of your personal data. MGG does not use special personal data of customers or other relations, other than employees.

Why we need your information

MGG processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
Contacting you if this is necessary to be able to carry out deliveries and related services
To inform you about changes to our services and products
If we are legally obliged to do so.

How long we keep data

MGG does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data was collected. Unless there is a legal obligation to retain it, your data will then be destroyed or used anonymously for statistical purposes.

Sharing with others

MGG does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the implementation of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. MGG remains responsible for these processes.

Mapping website visit

MGG uses functional and analytical cookies that cannot be traced back to you by us. View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request to view, correct or delete to privacy@mgg.com. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. You can make your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) unrecognisable. This is to protect your privacy. MGG will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

Security

MGG takes the protection of your data seriously and takes adequate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. If you think that your data is not properly protected or there are indications of abuse, please contact our IT manager.
